This hotel offers great value for money with rooms that have all the necessary facilities, including a kitchen and free breakfast. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the location is conveniently close to all shops and fairly close to the city centre.

Maintenance could be improved.

The owners were very friendly and accommodating when we needed an extra chair, towel, bed, etc.

It would be a big improvement to get rid of the old dirty carpets and have either parquet or wood floors instead. It didn´t feel clean in the apartment. Also the terrace was dirty so we didn't use it except for hanging our wet clothes on the line. Kitchen could have been better equipped. We needed to make several trips to the front office to request kitchen items.

Very clean new and comfortable the room we stayed in this time was better than the last time room away from the noise as well.

This motel is conveniently located close to everything the city has to offer. It is in spots easy to find, and definitely near the city centre. The facilities are clean and comfortable, and the staff provided great service. The spa bathtub is a luxury, and the outdoor eating place is ideal for family dinners.

The vintage telephone in the room may not be up to modern standards.

Only stayed 1 night but the room was very clean when we got in ,and the lady in the front office was very friendly and we rang 3 days before we arrived to see if possilbe to get in our room at Midday for which we were able to .Thanks and will down in October with more family and looking to stay at the Bunbury Motel

The price, definately budget friendly.

The location is not the best, too far from the centre.

The motel was located conveniently and we didn't have to struggle finding it. The rooms were clean and with air conditioning, which helped beat the heat. , the hotel had a pool, which was a nice way to cool off after a long road trip.

Our experience was not that great. The rooms were old and our bathroom wasn't the cleanest.

This hotel offers great value for money, with comfortable and modern furnishings in the rooms. The size of the rooms is perfect for families with older children, providing ample space for everyone. Additionally, the hotel's location is fantastic, being close to everything that the area has to offer, including the city and other areas of interest.

Just a little maintenance is needed to keep the hotel fresh.

Smelled like paint over mould. The mould was on the cieling in the bathroom area along with badly peeling paint. The Front door was not secure...the hardware for the safety chain lock was attached to a loose door frame and useless. The curtains didnt block out all the light from the carpark. There was a constant noise coming from outside the back door,like a freezer unit or huge industrial air conditioner.., When I looked out the back door there were lounges like you would want to sit out there with that noise! Take ear plugs! And the internet in room 8 didnt work, even if the office said it was all working from there end.

Great free wifi! Comfortable beds and friendly staff. The private parking outside each room was a convenient feature, and the spa was a luxurious bonus. the air conditioning kept the room cool on hot nights.

The outdoor chairs were old and not comfortable. The couch in the room was also not ideal for sitting on for extended periods.

The Motel rooms are very average. They need to be upgraded
